CS 160 Agile Project Management

Employers are looking for those trained in agile software development techniques. Students learn one of the most used agile frameworks in the software development industry, Scrum. Learners participate in a Scrum team taking on the various Scrum roles. Students implement software engineering best practices. Scrum artifacts like burn down charts are created during the course. Participants learn to develop software faster and software that is more reliable than software developed with traditional practices.
