BUS 301 Principles of Management

Course focuses on the principles, characteristics, and skills of management and leadership within an organization. Students will use case studies and projects to study and apply key elements of planning, organizing, leading and controlling. Key management principles will be studied, including Porter’s Five Forces, Situational Leadership, as well as current management theories.
