BUS 495 Advanced Business Strategy

This capstone course for Business Management students focuses on theory using the resource-based view of global strategy and problem solving using cases, simulations and consulting services to local businesses. Students will apply the analysis, strategy and performance model to various domestic and global strategic challenges.
