HR 250 Compensation and Benefits

Students will learn and apply job analysis, internal and external reward systems, capability-based and performance-based pay systems, intangible rewards, and strategic benefits. Students will also practice additional preparatory assessments for the aPHR certification exam. Students are advised to take HR 225 and HR 250 the same semester. Each course covers half of the aPHR exam prep content.
