PM 200 Advanced Project Management

Students are immersed in a real-world project management situation with deadlines, budgets, stakeholders, and constraints. Students will make heavy use of project management software and other technology tools. Students will give periodic presentations and will also be given additional training and reinforcement in project management principles, tools, techniques, and outcomes.
