BUS 202 Organizational Effectiveness
Course provides an overview of the influence that behavior has on leading and managing organizations at the individual, group and organizational levels. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to apply key concepts related to leadership styles and their influence on individual performance, the roles and interaction of group and team members, and the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance.
