CS 105 Introduction to Programming

Students learn programming from the aspect of a non-programmer. Course introduces basic concepts of computer science and programming including variables, operators, input, output, conditional logic, loops, functions, strings, arrays, and files. Students develop problem-solving techniques and computational thinking skills to solve many basic problems. This course may also be offered on the BYU-Idaho online system.
