This course is an introduction to business in an international setting and provides practical experience in analyzing the business environment, markets, competitors and different options of doing business in other countries. Then that information is integrated into a plan for the marketing, supply chain, finance and human resource management of the company in a foreign country. This results in a decision whether to proceed or not with entry into that country.
