SCM 325 Operations Management

Students are introduced to theories and practices of supply chain and operations management. Topics explored and practiced in this course include operations planning, negotiation, quality, distribution & logistics, theory of constraints, just-in-time, key performance indicators, and lean manufacturing. Students will gain an understanding of how to apply key principles of operations management to an organization.
