CS 160 Agile Project Management

Students learn to develop software quickly and reliably using Scrum, the popular agile framework used within the software development industry. Students participate in Scrum teams taking on various roles and implementing software engineering best practices. Scrum artifacts such as the product backlog and burn down charts are created during the course.
