SCM 225 Global Logistics

Students are immersed in the concepts of logistics management and distribution. Topics explored and practiced in this course include materials management (inbound transportation), physical distribution (outbound transportation), inventory management, warehousing, facility location, customer service, packaging, and materials handling. Students develop skills to optimize logistics systems and overcome challenges (e.g., environmental, humanitarian, etc.) in the global environment.
