BUS 201 Principles of Management
Course focuses deeply on the principles, characteristics, and skills of management and leadership within an organization. Students will experience real-world opportunities to collaborate with the management of an organization to study and apply key elements of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Students will present recommendations for change or improvement, utilizing effective management theories and practices.
