COMM 455 Consumer Insight

This course is designed to help students learn how to deeply understand people’s goals, behavior, the meaning behind their activities, and the experiences they seek as consumers. Students will be exposed to frameworks and tools that will allow them to examine psychological, economic, communications, and sociological perspectives on human action that will allow them to generate powerful insights.
