Students are provided a broad overview of purchasing and supply management functions. Topics explored and practiced in this course include supplier selection, procurement, management, development, negotiation, ethics, sustainability, costing, product development, and commodity analysis. Students will develop the skills necessary to competently execute strategic sourcing initiatives within an organization.
